We are fully compliant with the current International Mechanical Code as adopted by the State of Utah. We work closely with the City of St. George Building and Safety Department and pull all required mechanical permits for equipment changeouts, ductwork modifications, and gas line work. We schedule the inspection and meet the inspector ourselves — you do not have to coordinate any of it.
